On November 4-6 2011, WSTA is hosting its Fall Briefing Conference in Albuquerque New Mexico. This Briefing Conference is designed to give our members the latest in information on major highway transportation issues facing the western states and the country as whole. We are finalizing the details for presenters and topics but we hope that it will be both informative and challenging for member legislators, agency members and industry partners.

- NCSL Briefing and Discussion on new NCSL report dealing with Governance and Financing our Highways.
- Briefing from the AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways
- Presentation about latest technology for regulation and oversight of our highways.
- Briefing from ATA DC staff on transportation policy issues facing the country.
- Briefing on CVSA policy issues and future opportunities.
- Possible visit by the Governor of New Mexico.
- Review of policy issues by Cooperating Committee and action plan for resolutions.
We believe with the information and speakers we will have in New Mexico, WSTA will deliver the value and benefit for members and attendees.
