Attached is a draft message to congressional reps and a list of House T&I members. There aren’t a lot of T&I members in the west, so we need to get as many “bank shots” as we can. The overall strategy is to shore up Chairman Mica as the opposition rains down from the rails and safety groups. Time is of the essence. Committee markup is scheduled for this Thursday, February 2. It is critical that contacts be made before Thursday!
